About Arnold Swartz

Arnold L. Swartz, LCSW, is a nationally known mediator, consultant and mediation instructor. He is a licensed and board certified clinical social worker with more than thirty-five years of experience in the mental health field. Arnie has been mediating divorce-related, other family, organizational and commercial matters since 1983. He is an Advanced Practitioner member of the Association for Conflict Resolution, where he served on the Board of Directors for four years. He is also a member and past president of the Colorado Council of Mediators and was the recipient of its first Mediator of the Year Award in 1993. In addition to providing mediation, consultation and training, Arnie served as Executive Director of Parenting After Divorce-Denver, a non-profit organization that provides seminars for parents living apart, from 2000 to 2014.

The qualifications and experience of Arnie Swartz exceed the Recommended Guidelines for Mediator Education and Training set forth by the Colorado Council of Mediators and the Colorado Bar Association.
